Royal Publishing offers full-time inside-sales positions in a climate-controlled environment. Our sales and sales support management team has 165+ years of experience, designed to give you an unbeatable on-the-job training including all the necessary tools you need to accomplish great things. In business since 1979, we are able to provide each sales representative with established sales leads and a proven sales presentation so you have every chance to succeed. Whether you have years of experience or have never made a sale before, you will learn the skills and techniques to get the most out of every call you make.
Royal Publishing offers a competitive hourly rate which is paid bi-weekly PLUS a bonus that is paid on a monthly basis. For the first 4 months we pay up to $10 extra on every ad you sell starting with your very first ad; the larger the ad, the more money you make on each! And you even have the opportunity to make up to 23% of what you sell. The great thing is, beginning with ad one, you will be making more than your hourly rate.
Along with a Bonus Plan that begins with the first ad sold, we know that motivation is a key driver in sales and WE BRING IT! We have a Royal Rewards and Recognition Playbook that includes SPIFFs, Sales Incentives, Sales Awards, and Longevity Recognition.
At Day One we offer a Casual Day for Charities Program where we “Lend a Helping Hand” to local charities. Our Casual Day program is optional to our employees at the cost of only $1 per day. With that dollar, the employee is able to dress casual (jeans, t-shirts, tennis shoes, etc.) on our scheduled “Casual Days”. What’s even better is that our employees vote to select where some of that money goes!
